compensation is decent ,but with Tata's it will be defiantly different and changing .System needs to be shifting from political capital to Mumbai the financial capital of the country where it belongs .Toooo much interference of the govt bodies and culture . Need the Mumbai environments of working culture and NOT Delhi Please .
