Everything, from the whimsical recruitment to the even more frivolously taken decisions to fire. The HR tells a candidate they are fired due to poor performance, while the manager of the candidate is not even aware that his immediate team member is being fired. I was hired randomly with a misfit manager and team. Everyone was hired incorrectly and then fired in due time. They are still struggling with everything, coz the issue is at the heart of the leadership not in the offshoots of new hires.
