Senior Product Manager (7-11 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Lead and developed product strategy to achieve user and business goals.

- Discover opportunities, conceptualize and validate problems and solutions.

- Build a product roadmap and maintain a backlog, inform and prioritize ruthlessly, and drive cross-functional alignment and collaboration to execute and deliver.

- Good stakeholder management and communication, keeping all stakeholders appraised of the progress and challenges.

- Manage a team of 1-3 junior PMs, be their coach, and help them grow.

- Build solid product practices within the team to efficiently execute and deliver on the outcomes.

Requirements:

- Strong ownership and rigor to deliver product outcomes within deadlines.

- 5+ years of product management experience working on scalable product solutions (3 years in B2C products).

- Experience with leading cross-functional initiatives for 0-1 products (B2C product management experience is a must).

- One of the work experience/education to be good pedigree.

- Background working on Gamification and Engagement is a strong plus.

- Late-stage SPM with 1 - 2 years of experience in this position.

- Strong b2c background working on scaled products.

- Product Management Experience for 0-1 products - like new initiatives, line of businesses, offerings, and early journey in a new startup.
