The role:

a. Work directly with the CEO to lead product development efforts.

b. This is a maker role (Individual contributor role). You are expected to be hands-on with requirement detailing, prototyping and working with engineers to get the product out.

c. Take vague or idea-level inputs, and turn them into detailed requirements and prototypes

d. Bring-in strong technical understanding - brainstorm with engineers on product architecture and engineering design

e. Give inputs on UI/UX and be comfortable to bounce ideas off with the design team

e. Own end to end development of the product

The ideal candidate:

- Has a knack to cut through the clutter and focus on the core of what is important

- Pays attention to details, and loves going through multiple iterations till the output exceeds expectations

- Is looking to work in a startup environment with steep learning curve

- Is looking to work directly with founders and understand end to end business decision making

- Is looking to work in small and highly effective teams
