Product Manager (7-11 yrs)

About the role :

We are looking for a highly-motivated, high-energy, results-driven Product Manager to join us.As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap in collaboration with our product engineering, customer success, sales & marketing teams

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch

- Develop a vision and roadmap for the product based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and their own industry insight

- Create product documents that describe business cases, product features, high-level use cases and technical requirements.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and sales teams for the development and release of product features

- Seek customer feedback of product features & user experience to improve effectiveness of the product implementation process provide them maximum ROU

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications

Work Experience & Skills :

- 7+ years of hands-on development experience in Product Development preferably with an HRTech products

- Degree in Business Administration or Product Management will be an advantage, Computer Science or Engineering or a related field will be good to have.

- Should have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product life cycle right from definition, implementation and customer feedback

- Prior experience of managing cross-functional teams effectively
