Senior Product Manager (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI-powered product roadmap. As a critical bridge between business, engineering, and design, you will drive product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure delivery excellence. This is a hands-on role for a visionary who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Responsibilities :

- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions, aligning with company goals and market trends.

- Develop and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and capabilities based on business impact, technical feasibility, and user feedback.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI, marketing, and sales, to translate business needs into technical requirements.

- Provide deep technical insights into AI/ML frameworks, Cryptography and related APIs, and integrations to guide development and ensure scalability and robustness of the products.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user interviews to inform product design and identify opportunities for innovation.

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.

- Define success metrics, analyze product performance, and iterate based on data insights and user feedback.

- Experience : 7+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in a senior role managing AI/ML or data-driven products.

- Technical Background : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven ability to work closely with technical teams, including software engineers and data scientists.

- Product Expertise : Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, APIs, and SaaS platforms. Experience with privacy-first solutions and data integrity products is a plus.

- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

- Problem-Solving : Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a user-centric approach.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA.

- Familiarity with steganography, blockchain, and distributed systems.

- Exposure to B2B or enterprise software product development.
