Technical Project Manager (5-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Project Planning : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

- Team Leadership : Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status.

- Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

- Technical Oversight : Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill customer requirements.

- Agile Methodologies : Implement and manage Agile processes (e. g., Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project efficiency and flexibility.

- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and progress reports.

Requirements :

- Good exposure and knowledge in Jenkins, CI/CD pipeline, Jira, Bitbucket, Trello, and MS projects.

- Good leadership and people management qualities.

- Good communication.

- Will work in India shift.

- Good technical expertise to guide team, and face internal customers.
