Technical Project Manager (8-10 yrs)

Job Title : Technical Project Manager.

Job Location : Hinjewadi Phase1, Pune (WFO).

Experience : 8+ Years.

Shift : 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST , Monday to Friday.

Qualification : BE , MCA ,BCA.

Responsibilities :

- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.

- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.

- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.

- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.

- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

- Participate in the Sales call to address Clients/Prospects for technical guidance.

- Managing Client Escalations, Internal conflicts and change management.

Must have Skills :

- Should have more than 7+ years of experience.

- Strong Team management experience.

- Technology Stack : Microsoft Stack, Flutter, Cloud (Preferably : AWS) and SQL.

- Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.

- Sense of balance between the roles of project manager and technical advisor.

- Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms.

- Find innovative ways to develop with cutting-edge technologies.
