Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented professional to join our team as Associate Director - LAP.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations within the LAP or sub-prime LAP domain, managing ticket sizes ranging from - 10 lakh to - 70 lakh.
- This role involves overseeing the end-to-end sales and operations for our LAP business, driving growth, and ensuring seamless processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive sales for LAP products with a focus on ticket sizes between - 10 lakh and - 70 lakh.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and financial institutions.
- Ensure a robust sales pipeline by identifying and tapping new opportunities in the market.
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee the entire LAP process, from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with underwriting, credit, and operations teams to streamline processes and reduce turnaround time.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales and operations professionals, fostering a culture of performance and collaboration.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in LAP products and processes.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine strategies.
- Provide insights to the leadership team on new product opportunities and market expansion plans.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure a superior customer experience by addressing queries promptly and resolving escalations efficiently.
- Drive customer retention through personalized solutions and excellent service.
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in sales and operations, specifically in LAP or sub-prime LAP.
- Proven track record of handling high-value ticket sizes (- 10 lakh - 70 lakh).
- Strong knowledge of LAP processes, market trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in building and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM platforms.
