Director - Sales - IT (12-20 yrs)

- Comes from an FSI background.

- Understands global model - GCC model, adept at building relationships globally.

- Ability to do APAC sales extending to the Middle East as needed. hunter mentality. FS/Insurance domain experience.

- 50% hunting and 50% account management role.

- 6 to 8mn revenue target.

- Primarily, the IC role - hands-on product engineering- is a preferred selling experience

- Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb verbal and written communication skills, with seasoned presentation skills, executive presence, and interpersonal skills

- Proven ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team

- Proven history of leading teams and contributing to crossfunctional teams
