Role: Sales Head
Experience: 20-30 Years
Location: Mumbai
Mode of Interview : One round will be F2F
Academic Qualifications: Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Company Information: Prestigious company specializing in system integration services within the IT security and data center sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets, providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for system integration services to meet revenue goals and identify market opportunities.
- Oversee daily sales operations, optimizing processes and collaborating with technical teams for seamless solution delivery.
- Foster strong client relationships, address issues promptly, and gather feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales team members, promoting a positive work environment and professional growth.
- Maintain deep knowledge of system integration services, staying updated on industry trends and providing technical insights.
- Prepare and present sales performance reports, analyze data, and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Ensure strategic decision-making by analyzing complex data and aligning sales activities with market trends and company objectives.
- Will be managing 20-25 members and report to AVP.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years of Team handling
- 100+ Cr. Target yearly in past company
- Experience in IT Security, Datacenter, Networking Cybersecurity, Enterprise Sales, Computing, Artificial Intelligence
- Experience in SI Industry
- Local candidate
- From good company size
