Business Head - Auto Loan
Location: Bangalore
- We are seeking a motivated Business and Product professional with a background in car loans to join our new business vertical for auto loans in the US and Canada.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in lending product innovation, excellent communication skills, robust negotiation abilities, and a deep understanding of the overall car loan business to launch and integrate auto loans with our core fintech offerings, driving synergy and delivering exceptional value to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the overall strategy for entry into Car Loans for Immigrant customers to the US and Canada, ensuring it aligns with the company's broader fintech and core product (Credit Card) offerings.
Partnership Management:
- Manage relationships with Bank, Fintechs and loan service vendors that will be partner for the business.
- Negotiate commercial terms and set up operating SOP for smooth launch and functioning of the overall business, ensuring adequate returns on assets.
Product & Policy Innovation:
- Work hand-in-hand with various teams such as Credit, Technology, Digital Product, Marketing and Compliance to create the best car loan product for customer base and their evolving needs.
Portfolio Oversight:
- Regularly monitor the loan portfolio performance for various metrics such as yield, net interest margin, late payment rate, charge-offs etc. and work on mitigating incoming challenges with program partners and introduce product and policy tweaks to improve core metrics.
Customer Experience:
- Know the pulse of the customer and their needs, keep abreast of the industry and competition moves, to deliver best-in-class customer experience across the entire customer and loan lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Education: Master's Degree in Business or related field
