Sr.Executive-Sales Coordination

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely dispatch by collaborating with logistics, accounts, purchase, and export teams.
• Generate quotations and proforma invoices for both domestic and international clients.
• Keep updated records of all Purchase Orders (P.O.s), invoices
• Ensure the timely availability of promotional materials
• Coordinate dispatch as needed, and provide back-end support for exhibition materials.
• coordinate with F & A teams for daily payment updates(Indian & international)
• Ensuring accurate customer ledger reconciliation.
• Share invoices, customer ledgers,(MTCs), weekly sales reports, and outstanding balances with respective team
• Manage the process for new vendor registrations, ensuring all documentation is completed.
• Coordinate ticket and hotel bookings for team members or clients when required.
• Maintain and update ISO documents such as the Inquiry Register, Customer Complaints, and Minutes of Meetings (MOM).

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate from Chemical industry preferred
• Deals majority for B TO B business
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Team Player
