Zupee - Executive - Founder's Office (1-5 yrs)

Role & Responsibilities (KRAs):

- Building world class consumer theses and reports to find opportunities for Zupee to invest in

- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape in the digital consumer space.

- Analyze incumbent products and identify sharp leverage points to create value for a new company

- Facilitating the success of portfolio companies by supporting with intellectual or operational know-how

- Interacting with various stakeholders like founders, operators, investors, potential partners

- Deep research and insight mining in multi-disciplinary fields as and when the need arises

Must - Have Skills:

- Building world class investment theses and reports in consumer space

- Scouting new investment opportunities, maintaining relationships with founders

- Structured thinking, Ability to break down problems first principally

- Ability to mine consumer insights through deep research

- Creative in problem solving, ownership driven, growth mindset, loves hustling

Desired Skills:

- Operator experience in early-stage startups is a plus

- Passionate interest in understanding human behavior and psychology is a plus

- Crisp communication and strong articulation
