We are looking for a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Managerwith at least 2 years of experience to join our sales team. The successful candidatewill be responsible for leading sales efforts within designated territories, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong focus on achieving sales targets.

Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage sales efforts within assigned territories to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing product demonstrations.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and expand the client base.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, adjusting sales strategies as needed to stay competitive.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients and address any issues promptly.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in territory management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of the industry and product portfolio is a plus.
