Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Territory Support Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide operational and administrativ support to our sales teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting territory management, handling client relations, and ensuring effective communication between the field and internal teams.
Qualification: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support to sales teams across designated territories to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist in territory management, including client coordination and helping sales managers with day-to-day tasks.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between field teams and internal departments to streamline operations.
- Track and report on sales activities and territory performance to identify areas of improvement.
- Help coordinate and support territory-specific projects and initiatives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a support or operations role, preferably within a sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and territories effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions and internal communications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other related tools to track and manage territory activities.
