Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and proficiency in Excel. This is a full-time position requiring an individual who is passionate about HR processes and is driven to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including, onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
• Manage and maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivating work culture.
• Coordinate team-building activities, events, and surveys to measure employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the organization.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective talent acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Excel to track key HR metrics like employee turnover, recruitment progress, and engagement levels.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to help improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Assist in policy development, training programs, and employee relations matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MBA in Human Resources or a related field is a must.
• 3-8 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level) and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
