Civil Engineer - EPC Industry - 2+ years - Gurugram

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer with 2-7 years of experience in detailed design engineering within the fertilizer and chemical industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing civil and structural engineering projects while ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed civil and structural designs, including foundations, steel structures, roads, and drainage systems.
• Apply specialized knowledge in the fertilizer and chemical industry, focusing on specific process plant requirements, including heavy equipment foundations, pipe racks, and dynamic loading conditions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while considering industry-specific challenges such as corrosion control and hazardous area classifications.
• Review and approve design documents, including drawings, material take-offs, and technical reports.
• Provide technical support during construction, addressing design changes and resolving on-site issues.
• Conduct design reviews and participate in project audits.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors or master's degree in civil engineering or Structural Engineering.
• 2+ years of detailed design engineering experience in the fertilizer and chemical industry.
• Software Proficiency - AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, Tekla, Revit, Civil 3D, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of international engineering codes and standards (ACI, AISC, IS, BS).
• In-depth knowledge of civil design requirements for process plants, including foundation design for heavy equipment, chemical containment systems, and blast-resistant structures.
