The concerned employee will be responsible for managing day to day HR operations, recruitments including onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms
Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules
Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
Managing and handling the orientation of new employees
Managing the employees data of each department
Overlooking the daily operations of the HR department.
Direct and coordinate several workplace activities to help the employees and managers of the company.
Create new and effective HR policies while updating the already existing ones.
