Zopper - Senior Manager - Compliance (7-12 yrs)

- Design, implement and lead a compliance framework for the organization

- Keep track of regulatory developments impacting the organization and ensure that all requirements are duly implemented in the organization

- Ensuring that compliance status are duly captured in the compliance monitoring tool of the organization

- Advice internal stakeholder on various queries / clarifications on regulatory matters

- Coordinate with internal and external auditors on various compliance queries

Prerequisite

1. Proficiency in Insurance Laws - Insurance Act, Protection of Policyholder guidelines,(IRDA - Must), Advertisement regulations

2. Complete knowledge of IRDA compliances and enlisted work for Insurance Brokers-

a. Submission of Periodic returns

b. Renewal of Licenses and certifications

c. Application of ISNP guidelines

d. Formulation of policies for Insurance brokers

e. Formulation and review of systems and processes of business generation - B2B and

B2C

f. Audit Process of IRDA

g. Liaison with IRDA

h. Application and compliance of Distance Marketing guidelines

i. Branch Audit

j. Training on Brokers Regulations 2018

3. Good written and oral communication skills

4. Fair understanding of General and Life Insurance Products
