Senior Compliance Auditor (5-6 yrs)

About the job : Urgently looking for Compliance Auditors for reputed liaison office based in Gurgaon.

Experience required : 5 - 6 years

Job Description :

- Responsible for new factory onboarding onsite assessments/verifications to ensure that the new factory complies with ORGANISATION's and Minimum social and Labour requirements.

- Coordinate with Factory standards programme at HQ team on day to day basis to ensure the reports and data are updated in an accurate manner.

- Conduct investigation visits/Follow up visits/Remediation visits whenever required and upon consensus with the line manager.

- Responsible for remediating all code compliance issues within the supply base in accordance with ORGANISATION's SOPs and guidelines.

- Consultation with the supplier/factory relates to the supplier's code of conduct and legal requirement within the scope of Social and labour compliance.

- Responsible for maintaining Compliance management information System and updating the data weekly/monthly basis.

- Responsible to validate the third-party audit findings and highlighting the critical deviation and reporting quality to the regional CS Manager

- Responsible for Community and Health projects as and when assigned by the line manager.

- Closely Work with sourcing team members and ORGANISATION to thoroughly map our existing sub-contractor base & informal supply chains;

- Be aware of relevant law updates, relevant industry trends & news to contribute to building ORGANISATION's sustainability strategy.

- Report regional social labour issues to CSM on priority
