Job Description
As a Logistics & Industrial Real Estate Manager within our Logistics and Industrial Solutions Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic management and optimization of industrial real estate portfolios. Leveraging your expertise in logistics, supply chain management, and real estate, you will guide clients in optimizing their warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing facilities to support operational efficiency and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Selection and Strategy:
Utilize market analysis and supply chain insights to identify optimal locations for industrial facilities.
Evaluate transportation infrastructure, proximity to suppliers and customers, and labor availability to inform site selection decisions.
Develop and implement real estate strategies aligned with clients operational requirements and growth objectives.
2. Transaction Management:
Oversee leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial properties.
Negotiate lease terms, conduct financial analysis, and manage due diligence processes.
Utilize transaction management software for lease administration and portfolio optimization.
3. Facility Design and Development:
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to design customized industrial facilities.
Navigate regulatory compliance, zoning requirements, and permitting processes for facility development.
Oversee construction management, emphasizing efficiency, sustainability, and operational excellence.
4. Operations and Maintenance:
Implement asset management strategies to optimize the performance and value of industrial properties.
Develop preventive maintenance programs, manage facility upgrades, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Utilize technology solutions for real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and operational efficiency.
5. Supply Chain Integration:
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize warehouse layouts, storage solutions, and transportation networks.
Implement inventory management systems, optimize distribution strategies, and enhance supply chain visibility.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field. Master s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, and industrial real estate.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance, environmental sustainability, and industry-specific real estate requirements.
