Responsibilties.

Identify and onboard top-tier candidates for diverse roles across multiple offices and functions.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs.

Develop a sourcing strategy in partnership with senior team members and according to the Hiring Managers' role requirements.

Leverage your understanding of the organization to effectively influence candidates and business stakeholders.

Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and selection process.

Create compelling offer proposals for prospective candidates.

Manage post-offer engagement to ensure candidates have a smooth onboarding process.

Participate in and contribute to various talent acquisition initiatives and programs to support the overall recruitment strategy.

Proactively build and maintain a network of potential candidates.

Qualifications.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field.

1-3 years of experience, preferably in a SaaS or startup ecosystem.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, and employee referrals).

Skilled in candidate assessment and management.
