As an Onboarding Intern, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. This includes supporting the onboarding process, helping new hires familiarize themselves with company policies, culture, and resources. You ll assist in coordinating onboarding activities to ensure new employees feel welcomed and prepared for their roles, facilitating a positive and seamless assimilation into the team
Roles Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the onboarding Associate with the day-to-day tasks.
Brainstorming and experimenting with new, engaging onboarding activities.
Being innovative in designing and implementing various creative onboarding programs and practices for new joiners.
Working towards enhancing onboarding process efficiency.
Maintain and update trackers and help us stay compliant
Contribute to the resolution of hygiene issues for new joiners.

Experience and Qualification
Education Qualification : MBA/Masters in Human Resources or I/O Psychology
