Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop sales plans: Create and implement sales strategies that align with the company's goals region wise(North, South, East, West)
• Set sales targets: Establish sales goals and performance metrics for their region
• Manage sales teams: Guide, motivate, and help sales teams reach their potential
• Build relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, both existing and potential
• Negotiate deals: Work with clients to negotiate deals and resolve customer concerns
• Collaborate with senior management: Work with senior management and marketing and product development teams
• Hire and train sales staff: Hire and train new sales employees
• Forecast sales volumes: Predict how much the sales will be in a given period
• Evaluate performance: Assess the performance of their sales team
