Assistant Manager Production ( Electronics like speakers, Keyboard)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Assistant Manager of Production to join our team in the electronics manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing production processes for electronic devices, including keyboards, mice, Bluetooth devices, speakers, and earpods. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Oversight:

- Assist the Production Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily production activities to meet production targets and deadlines.

- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

2. Team Management:

- Lead and motivate production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of performance and productivity.

- Conduct training sessions for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff on production techniques and safety protocols.

3. Quality Control:

- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all products meet company and industry standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes and products, addressing any quality issues promptly.

4. Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancements within the production line.

- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.

5. Inventory Management:

- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.

- Assist in managing production schedules to align with inventory needs and customer demand.

6. Health and Safety Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.

- Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement among production staff.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate production records, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.

- Prepare regular reports for management on production performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a production management role within the electronics manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Proficient in using production management software and tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Should have knowledge in keyboard, Mouse, Bluetooth and mobile accessories,Speakers.
