We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our HR team in Chennai. This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment across Pan India, hiring for entry-level, mid-senior, and senior roles across different departments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi, as they will interact with candidates from various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Recruitment and selection process from sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, salary negotiation, and non-IToffer release.
• Recruit candidates across multiple locations and business units, ensuring the right talent fit.
• Handle recruitment for entry-level, mid-senior, and senior roles based on business needs.
• Leverage and manage job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Workindia), social media networks, referrals, and campus placements to attract top talent.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline and ensure a positive hiring experience.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring.
• Track hiring efficiency, maintain recruitment dashboards, and optimize hiring processes.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (preferably in non-IT, consumer electronics, or manufacturing sectors).
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (to manage Pan India hiring).
• Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, Workindia, etc.), social media recruitment, and other hiring channels.
• Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
