Senior Accounts Executive

Role & responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Channel Management: Lead the resolution of e-commerce issues, ensuring timely preparation of reports, accurate reconciliation, and precise expense validation.
2. Quick-eCommerce Operations: Manage Quick-eCommerce activities by addressing operational challenges, generating reports, performing reconciliations, and verifying expense claims efficiently.
3. Financial Services Handling: Oversee dealer finance, bill discounting, factoring, and customer finance operations to streamline cash flow and support business objectives.
4. Expense Verification and Compliance: Ensure rigorous expense validation while adhering to SOPs to maintain compliance and financial accuracy.
5. MSME Compliance: Oversee the timely and accurate filing of MSME-1 reports, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
6. TDS and TCS Management: Monitor TDS and TCS compliance by addressing discrepancies and mitigating risks to ensure strict adherence to tax regulations.
7. Reconciliation Activities: Conduct meticulous reconciliation of TDS and TCS accounts to ensure transparency and financial accuracy.
8. GST Compliance Follow-up: Proactively manage GST compliance by following up with non-filers and correcting inaccuracies to minimize penalties.
9. Insurance Management: Supervise company insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage and legal compliance and claims
10. ERP Implementation for Accounting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ERP systems that align with accounting requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
11. Dealer and Distributor Reconciliation: Manage dealer and distributor reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly.
12. Credit and Debit Note Approvals: Review and approve credit and debit notes with a focus on ensuring compliance with company policies and maintaining accuracy.
13. Stock Returns Management: Supervise and guide teams in the efficient handling of stock returns processes.
14. B2C Transaction Review: Lead the review and monitoring of B2C transactions on platforms like Razorpay, Snapmint, and Zebronics.com, ensuring process compliance with your team.
15. Techworld B2C Transactions: Oversee the review and control of Techworlds B2C transactions, focusing on receivables, expenses, and TDS verification with team collaboration.
16. Advertisement Expenses Scrutiny: Oversee and scrutinize advertisement expenses and payment processes associated with e-commerce and Quick-eCommerce to ensure accuracy and proper allocation.
