Job Summary:

The CA Intern/Intermediate will assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements, audits, tax filings, and other accounting-related tasks. This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in various accounting functions, working closely with senior finance professionals and gaining exposure to a variety of financial procedures and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy or completed intermediate level (CA-Inter/IPCC).
• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws (GST, Income Tax), and audit processes.

Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP; good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data, perform reconciliations, and generate insights.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with team members, clients, and management.
• Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
