HR Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across the organization.
• We are looking for some who can recruit candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar
  positions.
• Make cold calls to potential candidates, introducing job opportunities and encouraging them to apply.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Help manage job postings and applications on various platforms.
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for role .
• Support the recruitment team in administrative tasks related to on boarding and recruitment documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Tamil (written and spoken).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Candidates from within Chennai only apply.
• Candidates only available for full time internship for two months apply.
