We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive and scale our strategic alliances with consulting firms, private equity (PE) firms, and business process outsourcing (BPO) providers.
This role is critical in expanding our reach, enhancing our GTM strategy, and driving revenue through high-value partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Partnership Strategies: Design and implement a comprehensive partnership roadmap, identifying key target partners (consulting firms, PE firms, and BPOs) and outlining strategies for engagement and collaboration.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact and fostering mutual trust and understanding.
- This includes identifying and engaging with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Joint GTM & Co-Selling: Develop and execute joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners, including co-selling motions, lead generation programs, joint marketing initiatives, and collaborative events.
- This will involve close collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.
- Revenue & Performance Ownership: Be accountable for driving measurable impact through partnerships, including securing new business opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to demonstrate the success of partnership initiatives.
- Enablement & Integration: Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and legal) to effectively onboard and enable partners.
- Ensure seamless integration of partners into our broader ecosystem, providing them with the necessary resources and support.
- Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential partners and refine our partnership strategy.
- Contracting & Negotiations: Lead commercial discussions with potential partners, define partnership structures, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- This includes developing and managing partnership agreements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Channel Sales, Partnership Management, or Business Development, preferably within the banking domain or a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships, with demonstrable results in revenue generation and business growth.
- Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, assess risks, and develop creative solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Strong judgment and creativity, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative partnership strategies.
- A visionary mindset, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives that drive business growth and success.
- Experience negotiating complex contracts and partnership agreements.
- Familiarity with the consulting, PE, and BPO landscape.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
