Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Partnerships and Alliances Manager to drive strategic collaborations with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and other key partners in the SaaS ecosystem. This role focuses on building, nurturing, and scaling partnerships to enhance revenue growth and market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard strategic GSI and SaaS partners to expand market reach.

- Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and execute partnership initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

- Drive co-selling opportunities and track performance against partnership metrics.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to maximize partnership value.

- Monitor industry trends and identify new partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in partnerships or alliances, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

- Proven track record of managing GSI or large strategic partnerships.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to craft and execute GTM strategies.

- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem and partner dynamics.
