Chief Technology Officer - OTT Media Firm (15-25 yrs)

This role is for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at a media technology company focused on content management, post-production, playout, and distribution. The company is a leader in India and is expanding internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy & Cloud Migration - Lead the shift from on-premises to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.

- Team Leadership - Manage a high-performing tech team, foster innovation, and collaborate with other departments.

- International Expansion - Develop and implement technology strategies for new global markets, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Media Tech Expertise - Leverage knowledge of media technology trends, streaming, content supply chains, and AI/ML applications.

- Budget & Performance Management - Oversee technology budgets and deliver projects within financial constraints.

Requirements:

- Experience as a CTO or senior technology leader in media or tech companies.

- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud migration.

- Knowledge of media technologies like playout, distribution, post-production, and OTT.
