Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Create and improve HR reports and dashboards using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Analyze HR data to find trends and insights.
- Performance measured by: Data accuracy and quality of analysis.
Data Integrity & Management:
- Ensure HR data in SAP systems is accurate and reliable.
- Follow data governance rules to maintain high standards.
- Performance measured by: HR audits, meeting deadlines, and accuracy.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with HR teams and leaders to understand their data needs.
- Provide insights to support HR strategies.
- Performance measured by: Effective communication and stakeholder management.
Training & Support:
- Train HR team members to use analytics tools.
- Offer support and troubleshooting for HR analytics.
- Performance measured by: Timely training and adherence to processes.
Continuous Improvement:
- Keep up with new SAP analytics features and best practices.
- Suggest improvements for analytics tools and processes.
- Performance measured by: Ability to adapt to new requirements.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to handle confidential data securely.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, and SAP Analytics
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, HR, Business Administration, Statistics, or related fields. experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or similar roles.
