Business Manager - Sales - Executive Search Firm (1-10 yrs)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Manager at Shrofile. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the PnL, business operations, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams.

- While the role is primarily located in Gurugram, some remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Client Relationship Management skills

- PnL management, Revenue Management

- Marketing and Sales experience

- Financial acumen and Budget Management skills

- Project Management and Team Leadership abilities

- Excellent communication and Presentation skills

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Experience in the executive search and recruitment space is a plus and preferred

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
