What you'll need to bring:
- At least 10 years of experience in Institutional Sales within the Broking Industry
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with institutional clients
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certification in the Broking Industry would be a plus
