They are looking for Head - Institutional Sales Expert with the following expertise:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Institutional Sales professional to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with brokers and exchanges, with a proven track record in trading setup and connecting with trading desks and prop shops.
- This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and building robust relationships within the trading community in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and connect with trading desks, proprietary trading firms (prop shops), and other institutional clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the trading community.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their trading requirements.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the trading and brokerage industry.
- Present our products and services to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and value propositions.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with trading, research, and technology teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales materials and campaigns.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Track client feedback and market developments to inform product enhancements and business strategies
Requirements:
- Total 7 to 16 years of experience with 5 years in institutional sales within the financial services industry.
- Prior 5+ years of experience working with brokers or exchanges in a trading setup is essential.
- Proven track record of successfully connecting with and managing trading desks and prop shops.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading operations, and brokerage services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
