Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the institutional sales strategy, aligning with company objectives and growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with top institutional clients, including banks, asset managers, and hedge funds.
- Build & lead the institutional sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to develop offerings tailored to institutional client needs.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and upselling/cross-selling to existing clients.
- Achievement of revenue targets and growth in institutional client base.
- Client satisfaction and retention rate.
- Expansion of product penetration among institutional clients.
- Performance of institutional sales team members.
Qualification:
- MBA or equivalent in Finance/Business Management; CFA is a plus.
- Work Experience: Minimum: 12 years Maximum: 15 years.
- 12+ years in institutional sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of financial markets and institutional sales dynamics.
