Job Description

JOB Description:-

As SR. Manager of Sales, you will have a key role in shaping the future of our sales operations. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and developing the sales team, fostering relationships with high-value clients, and ensuring operational efficiency across the sales process. You will work closely with senior leadership to define and execute sales strategies, meet revenue targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA):

  • Sales Team Leadership & Development
    • Manage sales and motivate the acquisition sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop individual team member skills through mentorship, training programs, and regular performance feedback.
    • Foster a positive, results-oriented work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
    • Identify key growth opportunities in various sectors (residential, commercial, etc.) and align sales efforts to capitalize on them.
    • Create and oversee the execution of sales campaigns and initiatives to increase brand visibility and revenue generation.
    • Lead the development of sales presentations, proposals, and other materials tailored to meet client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management & Retention
    • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders.
    • Take an active role in negotiating and closing high-value sales transactions.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery through timely follow-up, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions.
    • Develop and manage a client retention strategy, identifying opportunities for repeat business, referrals, and upselling.
    • Monitor and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Revenue Growth & Financial Performance
    • Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet targets.
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, performance analytics, and revenue forecasts to senior management.
    • Monitor market conditions, competitor strategies, and industry trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly and optimize profitability.
    • Identify and lead initiatives to maximize profitability and minimize costs while meeting sales objectives.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion
    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments for expansion, whether through new developments or investment projects.
    • Collaborate with marketing to execute lead generation campaigns and community outreach programs to enhance brand presence.
    • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand business connections and generate leads.
