Job Description

1. Client / Channel Acquisition:

  • Conduct cold calls to potential buyers, investors, and sellers to generate leads for real estate services.
  • Qualify leads and assess client needs to ensure appropriate property recommendations.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through regular telephonic communication.

For channel Acquisition :

  • Reach out to potential real estate agents, brokers, and channel partners to build a network.
  • Introduce the companys real estate offerings and create opportunities for collaboration.
  • Negotiate terms and build mutually beneficial partnerships with channel partners via phone.
  • Provide continuous support and updates to channel partners through telecalling.

2. Lead Generation & Follow-ups:

  • Identify new leads through telecalling campaigns and generate interest in real estate projects.
  • Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients or partners.
  • Set up appointments or meetings for further discussions and site visits.
  • Implement strategies to convert cold leads into warm prospects and eventually into clients or channel partners.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and relationship-building for higher conversion rates.

3. Sales Presentations & Pitches:

  • Deliver compelling telephonic sales pitches highlighting the benefits and features of the Project offerings.
  • Address client queries and provide information on pricing, availability, and other project details.

4. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

  • Track and report daily/weekly telecalling activities, including number of calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
  • Analyze call conversion rates and improve strategies to increase success in lead generation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all telecalls, conversations, and client/channel partner interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all telecalling activities.

5. Relationship Management:

  • Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients and channel partners through consistent follow-ups and communication.
  • Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly through telecalling.
