Job Description

JOB Description:-


As a Sales Manager for Channel Partners Sales & Acquisition, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with channel partners, driving sales through external partners, and acquiring new business opportunities. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies, manage key partnerships, and ensure the successful acquisition of new clients and properties. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a proven track record in real estate sales and partner management.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRA):

  • Channel Partner Development & Management
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (brokers, agencies, consultants, etc.) to expand the sales network.
  • Build and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key channel partners and real estate agencies.
  • Provide training, support, and resources to ensure channel partners are well-equipped to sell the companys offerings effectively.
  • Develop strategies to optimize the performance and productivity of channel partners.
  • Regularly assess partner performance, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Organize and lead periodic partner meetings to discuss performance, market trends, and new opportunities.
  • Sales & Acquisition Strategy
  • Drive sales targets through channel partners, ensuring the alignment of efforts with the companys overall sales goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on expanding market share, increasing revenue, and penetrating new regions or customer segments.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns and materials that resonate with target markets and help channel partners close deals.
  • Oversee the property acquisition process, ensuring that the properties sourced meet market demand and align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Research and analyze the market for acquisition opportunities, identifying potential properties that align with business goals.
  • Lead Generation & Market Penetration
  • Work closely with channel partners to generate high-quality leads and increase sales funnel opportunities.
  • Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets, targeting both local and international buyers and investors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead management to convert prospects into successful deals.
  • Sales Performance & Reporting
  • Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics for the channel partner network.
  • Regularly monitor sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner activities, presenting findings to senior management.
  • Implement systems for tracking partner activities, sales conversions, and commission structures.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-7+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in managing channel partner relationships and acquisition strategies.
  • Strong understanding of real estate markets, including trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
  • Proven experience in sales management, partner acquisition, and business development.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a network of diverse sales partners to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of real estate acquisition processes, legalities, and documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
