Job Description

1. Channel Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:

    • Identify and onboard new real estate agents, brokers, and other channel partners to expand the sales network.
    • Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce new partners to the company's offerings, processes, and systems.
    • Build strong relationships with potential and existing partners, ensuring alignment with business goals.

2. Channel Partner Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for channel partners, addressing queries and providing ongoing support.
    • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and loyalty.
    • Provide regular updates on project developments, promotions, and new offerings to channel partners.

3. Sales Support & Training:

    • Offer continuous sales support to channel partners, including guidance on lead generation, deal closing, and product knowledge.
    • Conduct training sessions to ensure partners are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to sell effectively.
    • Monitor lead conversion rates and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to partners.
    • Ensure that channel partners are maximizing their sales potential and meeting performance targets.

4. Sales Target Management:

    • Work with channel partners to set achievable sales targets and ensure they have the resources to meet them.
    • Monitor performance against targets and provide guidance to improve sales and productivity.

5. Negotiation & Deal Closure:

    • Support channel partners during negotiations with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
    • Help resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the sales process, ensuring smooth deal closure.

6. Performance Reporting & Analysis:

    • Track and report on channel partner performance, including sales metrics, lead conversions, and revenue generation.
    • Analyze performance data and offer actionable recommendations to improve partner productivity and sales results.

7. Networking & Business Development:

    • Attend industry events, seminars, and networking functions to build relationships with potential channel partners.
    • Continuously look for opportunities to expand the partner network and drive business growth through collaborations.
    • Develop strategies to retain top-performing channel partners and encourage repeat business.
    • Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure they feel valued and supported in their sales efforts.
