1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Work with clients to understand their property requirements and offer suitable solutions that align with their needs and budget.

3. Client Onboarding & Consultation:

    • Onboard new clients and guide them through the real estate buying, selling, or investing process.
    • Conduct consultations to understand clients' specific needs and offer tailored solutions.
    • Provide expert advice on market conditions, investment opportunities, and available properties.

4. Market Research & Insights:

    • Stay informed on the latest market trends, property valuations, and local regulations.
    • Provide clients with up-to-date information on market opportunities and new developments.

5. Negotiation & Closing Deals:

    • Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favorable terms and close deals.
    • Handle objections and resolve issues that may arise during the sales process to ensure successful transaction closure.
    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals.
    • Share client feedback with internal teams to improve services and offerings.

6. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:

    • Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress against targets to senior management.
    • Monitor performance and adjust strategies to improve client acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction.

7. Networking & Business Development:

  • Participate in networking events, property exhibitions, and industry conferences to expand the client base and enhance brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong industry relationships to support business development efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional real estate services or properties based on client needs and preferences.
