Marketing Communications ( Marcom ) Specialist

Job Summary

• The MARCOM Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing communication strategies to enhance Youthvilles brand presence and attract customers.
• This role will focus on driving engagement through digital and offline marketing channels, creating impactful content, and managing campaigns that align with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Youthville properties and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand marketing objectives and translate them into actionable plans.
• Identify target audiences and tailor communication strategies to attract prospective customers (students and working professionals).

2. Content Creation & Management

• Design engaging content for online and offline platforms, including social media, websites, email marketing, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Write compelling copy for advertisements, blogs, newsletters, and other communication channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all materials.

3. Digital Marketing

• Manage social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Oversee SEO/SEM efforts to optimize website traffic and lead generation.
• Create and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

4. Event Management

• Plan and execute promotional events, campus drives, and sponsorship activities to increase brand visibility.
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for smooth event operations.

5. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.

6. Vendor Management

• Work with external creative agencies, photographers, and printers to develop marketing collaterals.
• Negotiate budgets and ensure timely delivery of all requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Experience: 2-8 years of experience in MARCOM, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or student housing.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Canva, etc.).
• Strong creative writing and content development skills.
• Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
• Event planning and execution experience is an advantage.
