Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement B2B Sales Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive sales plan to target businesses, colleges, and institutions for partnerships and bulk bookings.
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients, including corporates, educational institutions, and relocation service providers.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
- Lead Generation and Conversion: Use networking, cold calling, and market research to generate leads. Close high-value sales deals and contracts.
- Client Meetings and Presentations: Conduct regular face-to-face and virtual meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients to promote Youthvilles offerings.
- Contract Negotiation: Prepare, negotiate, and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms for Youthville.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competition, and market demands to refine sales strategies and adjust outreach efforts accordingly.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality, real estate, or student accommodation sectors.
Skills:
- Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and close deals.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of the Industry: Prior experience in student housing, hotels, or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development opportunities.
