Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the B2B customer base in both domestic and international markets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with buyers, manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Drive sales revenue by negotiating and closing deals with clients in DGE & RMG woven fabric segments.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, pricing, and competitors.
  • Collaborate with the production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Maintain long-term business relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products.

Key Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Manager B2B Sales to lead and expand our Domestic & Export business in Woven Fabric (DGE & RMG). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing B2B sales strategies, acquiring new customers, and managing relationships with key clients in the textile industry.


Preferred candidate profile

  • 7 to 8 years of experience in B2B sales within the woven fabric industry (DGE & RMG).
  • Strong understanding of domestic and export business dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a sales team when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as per business needs
