Marketing Manager

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Push Notifications, etc., to drive customer engagement and acquisition

* Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess efficacy and ROI

* Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign elements such as messaging, timing, and segmentation

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives

* Utilize data analytics tools to extract and analyse customer data, derive actionable insights, and inform marketing strategies

* Continuously track industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and optimization

* Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling marketing materials and messaging

* Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations for improvement.

* Proficiency in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

* 2- 5 years of experience in marketing or a similar role, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management

* Experience in digital marketing or data analytics

* Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and targeting strategies

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
