Job Description:
Designation: Partnership Key Account Manager.
Reporting to: Partnership Head.
Working Hours: 10:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Location: MIDC, Andheri East. Mumbai
Key responsibilities & duties:
- We are looking for a skilled- Partnership KAM to oversee the relationships of the company with its partners. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.
- The ideal candidate will be be apt in building strong relationships with strategic partners. You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
- The goal is to contribute in sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end Partner operational experience, from the point of signing a new content agreement, through to ensuring their commercial business success.
- Responsible for sourcing new partner synergies for growth.
- Partner closely with our Partner development lead, to identify growth potential and support the partner with operational needs.
- Manage and onboard new Partners, including routine check-ins to ensure all aspects of their operational set up are functioning effectively (in person and on the phone), educating and integrating the Partner as per business requirement.
- Act as a key point of contact for the day-to-day operational management of Partners ensuring that Partner queries are resolved on timely basis. Identify and implement process improvements to benefit the overall business growth.
- Work cross functionally i.e. with internal stakeholders i.e. Sales, Marketing, Data, Commercial Policy to meet business requirement. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders- using key account metrics.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as- Key Account Manager.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels. Excellent organizational skills.
- Having Strategic and Analytical mindset with proficiency in advance excel. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation. BSc/MBA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
