We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. The
Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies,

Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive
marketing strategies aligned with the company s goals and objectives. Identify target audiences, analyze market trends, and develop effective marketing plans.
- Brand Management: Oversee brand development and ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. Work to enhance brand awareness and maintain a strong brand image in the market.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including
digital, social media, email, print, and events. Monitor campaign performance and optimize
strategies for maximum impact.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing collateral, content, and sales materials. This
includes writing engaging copy, creating visuals, and producing multimedia content to support
marketing initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including website content, SEO,
social media, paid advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, conferences, and sponsorships. Ensure events are executed smoothly and align with marketing objectives.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to gain insights into customer behavior, industry trends, and competitive landscape. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and
improve performance..
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing communications budget effectively, ensuring optimal
allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing communications team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
