Full Stack Lead - PHP/React.js (7-10 yrs)

Role : Head-Tech (Full Stack)

Location : Navi Mumbai

Experience : 7 to 10 years

Must have :

- Experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Codeigniter, Laravel, React, Angular, Vue.js).

- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript.

- Deep understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and experience managing cloud infrastructure.

- Familiarity with database technologies (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.

- Manage AWS infrastructure, including setting up and configuring servers, databases, and security policies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

- Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.

- Implement best practices for software development, including version control, testing, and deployment.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
